About Swampdweller:
Swampdweller returns to Singletown after he was defeated by the MBC predecessors 100 years ago. Fibeloids like him have cyborg part in their right arms and left eyes which prove that he was busted before. While he's planning for his diabolical scheme, he works as a dog trainee. His new plan is to replace people in Singletown with his robots.
