About the Nebulakians:
Nebulakians are (so far) the smallest aliens species in the galaxy and it's population is billions. They live on a planet called Nebulak which its size is similar to a bowling ball. Nothing much known about them except they solve problems by making card houses or playing silly games. According to Chris, card houses symbolizes the good relationship between the Nebulakians and the ambassadors in other planets.
